Habeeb Bolaji Gobir is an intellectual property lawyer and consultant based in Abuja, Nigeria, and the Managing Partner at Blockblista Advisory. He holds a law degree from Usmanu Danfodiyo University and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He has undertaken extensive professional training in intellectual property through several programs of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), earning multiple certifications in different areas of IP law and practice.
Habeeb’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution, industrial design registration, IP portfolio management, recordals, renewals, and regulatory advisory for technology and innovation-driven businesses.
He has experience supporting both local and international clients seeking to secure and maintain intellectual property rights in Nigeria.
Through Blockblista Advisory, he provides IP support services to foreign law firms, IP management companies, and international businesses requiring reliable local representation for Nigerian IP matters. His work includes managing trademark filings, renewals, recordals, office action responses, and coordinating IP portfolio support for clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Habeeb is also actively involved in intellectual property education and advocacy in Africa and has participated in several international IP programs and conferences.
